By purchasing Echo Pulse, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your personal or business devices. This is a "Lifetime License" for the version you purchased (v1.0).

• You may install it on multiple devices you own.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse engineer the executable.
• You may use the output (transcripts) for any commercial purpose.

The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.

In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

Due to the digital nature of the product (executable download), all sales are final. However, we offer a "Fair Play" guarantee: if the software does not work on your compatible hardware (NVIDIA GPU required) and support cannot fix it within 7 days, we will issue a full refund.
